The installation of TA+ has been hugely beneficial at The County Hospital, enabling a faster turnaround time in the typing time and the secretaries much prefer this system to analogue typing.  The clinicians have found it of great benefit to be able to view patient letters or listen to those dictated but not yet typed, especially if a patient is admitted or seen as an emergency before the hospital notes are available.  The support from Arrendale has been marvelous and the Support Team are always friendly and polite and respond quickly to problem calls.  It is great to know that they are on standby to help with any problems.

Derby Teaching NHS Foundation Trust has been using A+Network for part of its transcription services for over 2 years.  We have found the control and monitoring of voice files and transcribed text totally seamless by assigning to A+Network within TA+ and receiving the transcribed work back to TA+ in order for our secretaries to merge with Patient demographics.

The quality of the transcribed documents are of a high quality and TAT is within the contracted timescales.   More and more departments within the Trust are now requesting to have this service to help our in-house secretaries in support of clinical activity and clinicians.  The customer service is excellent; always polite and willing to help.
