Functionality and Workflow

The Transcript Advantage+ platform is highly flexible to meet the requirements of health systems, trusts, community hospitals and clinics with configurable workflow for departmental users and affiliated outpatient sites. User profiles grant and restrict system permissions to run analytical reports, access documents, listen to voice files, design templates and create users. Providers may dictate via the toll-free landline system, mobile devices or PC based mikes. TA+ incorporates text creation modes of speech recognition, a speed-enhancing word processor and integrated transcription outsourcing. A comprehensive distribution console manages rules-based document delivery including HL7, PC folder downloads, secure ftp, print and fax with tracking and delivery status. A feature rich e-signature module serves providers that do not sign in an EHR. TA+ assists compliance officers with a central voice and text file archive to supplement your EHR or PAS.

Arrendale’s TA+ improves the quality of your documentation with multiple QA levels and a transcript scoring module. TA+ is cost effective because the single system can be configured to meet each user’s and each department’s needs. TA+ includes over 60 integral management reports and provides exportable data. TA+ provides flexible screens, a tabular appearance, saved searches and configurable data columns for maneuverability and user preferences. TA+ aids HIPAA and HITECH reporting with job events tracking and turnaround time reporting. The TA+ Job Monitor provides a system overview of current activity by job status and is updated every 5 minutes. The platform optionally incorporates Dragon speech recognition with a turbocharged Dragon experience.
